The EACH Project is an initiative run by the East of England Strategic Migration Partnership, the Health Service and community groups run by and for minority ethnic women in the Eastern region. The project aims to bring representatives from community groups together with health professsionals to improve outcomes for both.
EACH for the NHS involves providing free training for health professionsal from minority ethnic community ambassadors about healthcare needs and cultural preferences to help provide a better service.
